Most of us are passionate about something; And if we’re gifted enough to be great at what we’re excited about, certainly we’d want to turn that into a career. But competition might be fierce. The market might be tough. Finances might not look so bright. So, we stick ourselves to the 9-5 because it makes us feel safe and secure. As an entrepreneur, you overcome obstacles and challenge yourself all the time. You need to because there's no one else who'll do it for you.
What if you’re bored with your job? What if you want to do something you love and have freedom with your own time? What if you’re not passionate about going to work anymore? Yes starting your own business might appear frightening, but it is a sure way to get rid of "what-ifs" in your life.
Remember, starting a business is within your reach. When I eventually got the opportunity and saw what it meant, I was willing to give it a try, and here we are. Starting my own business has been one of the best ideas I’ve ever had. Sure, it takes determination, tenacity, and courage. Entrepreneurship is a long journey. By getting started and taking the first step, you're already one step closer to reaching your goal. Also, my desire to build, create, and learn, surpasses the fear I had initially. Every challenge I was faced with, became a greater experience of learning my true power.
Yes starting my own Residential and Commercial Cleaning business services to home and business owners within my vicinity was not always fun and easy. There where hardships and problems I faced, but I know that after all those hardships and troubles, it will be all worth it. Furthermore, the feeling of becoming my boss rather than to work for a boss gave me more boosts in pursuing my dream. And being able to do and create the things I wanted and offer to people gets me thrilled.
Finally, there will always be ups and downs. My biggest piece of advice to anyone who thinks that they want to start something of their own would be to do something you’ve interest in, that you’re knowledgeable about, and that fills a need. Make sure it’s something that you truly enjoy doing. Don't give up, don't take anything personally, and don't take no for an answer- go for it.
